I didn't receive my invite email

What to do when an invitation email doesn't arrive.

4 steps

Step 1

Check spam and other folders

Invites come from NectorPay (e.g. [email protected]). Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders
Add the sender to your contacts or safe senders so future emails arrive in inbox

Step 2

Confirm the email address

The person who invited you may have typed the wrong email. Ask them to confirm the address they used
If it was wrong, they can send a new invite to the correct address (and cancel the old one if needed)

Step 3

Ask for a new invite

Invite links expire (often after 24 hours). If the link in the email has expired, ask your admin or the person who invited you to resend the invite
In the NectorPay workspace they can go to Team (or Contractors), find the pending invite, and use 'Resend invite'

Step 4

Still not receiving emails?

If you've checked everything and still don't get the invite, contact [email protected] with your email address and the name of the company that invited you. We can check delivery status and help arrange a new invite.
