Reset your password
On the sign-in page, click 'Forgot password' (or 'Reset password')
Enter your email and check your inbox for the reset link
The link usually expires in about an hour. If it expired, request a new one
Check spam or promotions folders if you don't see the email

Sometimes old session data causes login to fail. Try clearing your browser cache and cookies for nectorpay.com
Use a private or incognito window to test without extensions or cached data
Try a different browser or device if the issue persists
