Access approval settings
Navigate to Settings > Approval Policies. Here you can configure how invoices are approved in your workspace.

Enable multi-step approvals
Toggle on 'Multi-step Approval Workflow'. This allows you to set up sequential approval steps where each approver must review before the next step.

Define approval steps
- 1Add your first approval step by clicking 'Add Step'
