Using beta and early-access features
Find, enable, and use beta features in NectorPay to try new capabilities before general release.

Prerequisites
You have a NectorPay account
Your plan may include access to beta features (check with your admin or plan)
Step 1
Check if beta is available
Beta and early-access features are often available on certain plans or by invitation
Check Company Settings or your account plan to see if beta access is enabled
Contact your workspace admin or NectorPay support if you expect beta access but don't see it
Step 2
Find beta features in the app
Look for features marked as 'Beta' or 'Early access' in the navigation or feature labels
New capabilities may appear in Settings, the main menu, or within existing workflows
Release notes and in-app announcements will highlight new beta features when they launch
Step 3
Use beta features
Beta features work like standard features but may change based on feedback
Use them as you would any other NectorPay feature; your data is handled the same way
If you notice issues or have suggestions, use the in-app feedback or contact support
Step 4
Share feedback
Your feedback helps us improve before general release
Use the feedback option in the app or email

with 'Beta feedback' in the subject
Report bugs, suggest improvements, or tell us what you'd like to see next
